The Following End User License Agreement is included with Electric Piano Soul. This License is only valid for the individual who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully made copy of Electric Piano Soul from a dealer or distributor authorized by Big Fish Audio.
"End Use License Agreement for music recordings by Image Sounds GmbH 1. License object All music and sound recordings (hereinafter referred to as "Music Works") offered by Image Sounds GmbH („Licensor“) are protected by copyright and related rights of the Federal Republic of Germany, international treaties and other applicable laws both in Germany and abroad. By purchasing and downloading the Music Works you do not acquire property and do not become the owner of the Music Works but receive a license to use the Music Works in accordance with the conditions of this license as set out below. 2. Explicit restrictions The Music Works are designed to suit your needs in creating new works and therefore are designed to be combined or arranged with other content to form theses new musical works.
