Loopoholics grants you a non-exclusive royalty free license to use Loopoholics products for all kinds of audio and video carriers such as: CDs, DVDs, but also videos, movies, games, websites and so forth. You may modify and use the sounds for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition with other sounds.
2. A right to use the sounds is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable. You may not resale, re-license, loan, copy, assign, rent, upload or download from any server, distribute in any way the sounds licensed to you. In addition, these sounds cannot be offered in a competitive product.
3. Licensor will not be responsible if the sounds do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee."
