Whats inside?
Included are 13 Racks featuring the sound of a rotten Rohlfing Upright Piano without Keys that was pulled out of an abandoned backyard building. But the chassis was still complete and made such a fantastic reverb, it seemed to be everlasting. Slapping the lowest string it took almost three minutes until the sound had gone.
The strings were plucked, hit and scraped with finger nails, beer glasses, felt balls and whatever else one can imagine to use.
More sounds where aquired by sticking newspapers between the strings, clipping metal brackets on them or simply throwing things into the piano body which caused eternal cluster drones.
Then there are 6 Racks that base on the recordings made from a Hoffmann Upright Piano that was recorded in an 5th floor appartment in Berlin. The windows of the appartment were left open so that a proper portion of the traffic noise from the street below made it´s way into the samples.
The third source for this Live Pack is a Grunert Upright Piano.
Hosted in a small venue right beside an auto shop this piano has undergone numerous Jazz and Blues sessions throughout the decades.
Included are the sound of the multi-sample and multy-layered piano itself plus 7 sophisticated adaptions that take the sound of the original far beyond expectations.

License Agreement
The Following End User License Agreement is included with Unusual Pianos. This License is only valid for the individual who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully made copy of Unusual Pianos from a dealer or distributor authorized by Big Fish Audio.
"Licence Agreement - (as also contained in our General Terms and Conditions at www.detunized.com) 7.1) Files and content provided by DETUNIZED.COM itself are subject to the conditions of the respective licence agreement, which shall be included as a readable and printable document in the download file. 7.2) DETUNIZED.COM only permits the usage of content legally acquired in combination with software applications and instruments intended for use with it. 7.3) Usage of content shall be restricted to a maximum of two local computers. These two computers are to be operated on a non-simultaneous basis by one user only. Multi-user usage of content acquired on a one-off basis or as part of a subscription is prohibited without exception. 7.4) The customer shall be permitted to use content for their own private and commercial music, film music, television music, advertising music and multimedia productions. For reasons of data security the lawful purchaser of DETUNIZED.COM content shall be permitted to produce a safety copy on an external data carrier. This permission shall extend to a maximum total of one safety copy. 7.5) The removal of samples and/or patches from the sound databases is explicitly prohibited. The addition of DETUNIZED.COM content to other databases and the use of content to create new sound databases, whether by changing the order of samples and/or patches, editing and/ or amending the spectral structure of samples or changing the order of and/or amending patches, is prohibited. 7.6) DETUNIZED.COM content or parts thereof shall not be passed on, lent, rented out or sold to third parties. Furthermore, the distribution of DETUNIZED.COM content via all distribution channels known at the present time is prohibited. This shall exclude the clearances set out in clause 7.4. 7.7) In purchasing, installing and using DETUNIZED.COM content the customer declares themselves to be in agreement with the applicable licensing agreements. Any contravention is punishable by law."
