The Following End User License Agreement is included with Antagonist Robot Voice Lines. This License is only valid for the individual who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully made copy of Antagonist Robot Voice Lines from a dealer or distributor authorized by Big Fish Audio.

"END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA”) is a legal agreement between the Licensee (hereinafter ‘You’ or ‘Your’ and Epic Sounds and FX (hereinafter ‘ESFX’) for the ESFX audio content (hereinafter the ‘Content’) you have licensed. The Content which has been licensed and not sold to You includes the following: Designed sound effects, (ii) source sound files and (iii) any printed, ‘online’ or electronic documentation (hereinafter ‘content’). ACCEPTANCE YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY LICENSING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE CONTENT. YOU MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE CONTENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS EULA DO NOT USE THE CONTENT. THE CONTENT IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND TREATIES AS WELL AS LAWS AND TREATIES RELATED TO OTHER FORMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. YOUR LICENSE TO DOWNLOAD, COPY AND USE OR CHANGE THE CONTENT IS SUBJECT TO THESE RIGHTS AND ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CAN ONLY BE VALIDATED BY PROOF OF PURCHASE. **RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED TO YOU ARE HEREUNDER RESERVED BY ESFX. LICENSE GRANT ESFX grants You a ‘Media License’ in consideration of the license fee You paid. This EULA allows you and Your Assigns to use the Content (Subject to the transfer limitations herein). Media License – Grants use only to You (single user). It does not permit multiple users. Multiple users may only be permitted if you obtain an appropriate licensing agreement for each user. For further information on multiple users licensing please contact us: Email: ___info@epicstockmedia.com__________________________________ Purpose of License – ESFX has granted You the license for both commercial and non-commercial use of the Content in music, audio/video post-production, performance, broadcast or similar finished content-creation, sound-effect, and production use. The Content purchased may be combined for the purposes of commercial recordings without any additional license fees becoming necessary or providing source attribution to ESFX. The License is inclusive of this non-exclusive right. The License includes: Mechanical rights –You are permitted to re-record duplicate and release the Content as part of your product/production in whatever medium you choose (i.e. video tape, film, CD ROM, DVD, digital formats). **This does not include the right to resell the Content as a standalone product in whole or in parts. Synchronization rights –You are permitted to use the Content as a soundtrack ‘synced’ with visual images or sounds as part of your product/production. Public Performance Broadcast rights –You are permitted to use the Content as part of the public viewing or broadcast of your product/production, including but not limited to, videos, DVDs, web sites, films, television, podcasts, multimedia presentations and radio. ***This LICENSE is granted worldwide and is unlimited in time. LIMITATIONS Restrictions on transfer – Without obtaining express written consent from ESFX, You may not assign Your rights and obligations under this EULA or transfer, sell, encumber, rent, sell lease, sub license or otherwise redistribute through any means, including but not limited to, trading, sharing, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial library of musical and/or sound effect samples and/or articulations, or any form of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device. You may not attempt to have any unauthorized inclusion of the Content in any library (e.g. sample instrument, sound effects library, etc.) online or offline without our express written consent. REPRESENTATION – ESFX owns and controls the rights represented herein with respect to the Content which is the subject of this EULA. ESFX has and will hold throughout the Territory and during the Term the above listed rights to exploit the Content as set forth herein. INDEMNIFICATION – ESFX shall indemnify and hold You harmless from any and all claims, liabilities and costs, losses, damages or expenses (excluding attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these representations. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES – You must determine whether the Content sufficiently meets your requirements. You bear sole responsibility and liability for any loss incurred due to failure of the Content to meet your requirements. ESFX will not be responsible if the Content does not fit your particular purpose. The Content is licensed ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. Any similarity to any other Content is purely unintentional. ESFX cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound samples and software licensed from this site in whatever form, or consequential loss arising from a delayed or lost shipment. ESFX is not liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Content, even if ESFX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ESFX does not accept returns unless you have a defective Content. Defective Content will be exchanged for the same product for a period of 90 days. No refunds will be given for downloaded Content."
