License object All music and sound recordings (hereinafter referred to as "Music Works") offered by Image Sounds GmbH („Licensor“) are protected by copyright and related rights of the Federal Republic of Germany, international treaties and other applicable laws both in Germany and abroad. By purchasing and downloading the Music Works you do not acquire property and do not become the owner of the Music Works but receive a license to use the Music Works in accordance with the conditions of this license as set out below. 2.
