The Following End User License Agreement is included with Country Guitars 2. This License is only valid for the individual who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully made copy of Country Guitars 2 from a dealer or distributor authorized by Big Fish Audio.
"End Use License Agreement for music recordings by Image Sounds GmbH 1. License object All music and sound recordings (hereinafter referred to as "Music Works") offered by Image Sounds GmbH („Licensor“) are protected by copyright and related rights of the Federal Republic of Germany, international treaties and other applicable laws both in Germany and abroad. By purchasing and downloading the Music Works you do not acquire property and do not become the owner of the Music Works but receive a license to use the Music Works in accordance with the conditions of this license as set out below. 2. Permitted forms of use By purchasing and/or downloading the Music Works you acquire from Licensor a simple non-transferable license unlimited as to time and place conveying the right to combine the Music Works with other preexisting musical works for any purpose including commercial purposes in original or modified form for any form of musical product (in particular parts of music, advertising music, production music, background music for films and computer games, etc.).
