Slo Funk is a new 21st century funk with a heavy 80s tilt. There are 18 construction kits on here plus all the constituent parts including individual drum hits. The emphasis here is live bass and guitar playing in an old skool type funk band. This CD was produced by the same guy who brought us the freaky jazzy funky pack, which still stands the test of time. That one is worth a listen if you missed it first time around. Meanwhile, this CD has some fresh drum and break loops. Mostly live but some have a street break feel and others a drum machine vibe. This pack features an audio CD plus a wav CD rom for direct loading into computers. This is a great source for this type of material.
